Ordered a vege patty footling on the 23rd of May 2025 and came to the store at 9:09pm. The lady preparing my sub was extremely rude and unpleasant. Everytime I asked something she showed an angry look. Wanted my sub toasted for 1 min and did it only for 30 seconds. I ordered a foot long sub combo from this shop which was advertised as $17.70 on the menu board inside the shop. I then went to pay & the worker was trying to charge me over $20. I advised her they were different prices then the worker called the manager/business owner who then came to the front and argued with me that it was the price for the sub by itself which was a blatant lie as the menu board was proving her wrong. Dreadful. Ordered online, turn up at collection time & nothing is ready. Not enough staff on, waited 25 mins in a queue, didn’t even have the ingredients we’d ordered when I finally got to the counter. AVOID.
