I placed an online order through their mobile app. My mom also placed an online order as well. My spicy Italian footlong was good except they put ingredients on my sandwich that I did not ask for or notate on the app so more attention to details is needed. Also, my mom could not even eat her steak Philly footlong because the steak was extremely hard as if it was really overcooked. I thought we’d have a great experience here considering most of the reviews were good but we won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
Great location! The workers there make great sandwiches and all the ingredients are fresh! Location is super clean and well maintained as well. Friendly staff.
Today I had the worst experience at this subwayThere was a worker there her name is Amy She has the worst customer service ever while I was asking a question about something that I purchased, and I was showing her a receipt about something that I purchased. The name on the receipt does not match the sandwich that I bought and then and she came she came to me and she pulled the receipt out of my hand with aggressiveness. I would encourage everyone to look at there receipt before they leave that place.
