I had a birthday voucher to use and all you get is a free cookie and drink anyway and the lady in the store told me I can't just scan my card it doesn't come through order online I then went through the online order with her only to be told she doesn't know how to do it I was in there for about 20mins. I ended up not being able to order. Bad service for loyal customers
