I ordered and paid for a meal with 2 cookies and didn't notice until I got home that I didn't receive the cookies.

Placed an online order, when we got there “they never got the order” waited an additional 45 minutes waiting for sandwiches then had to sit though the process of proving we paid blah. My husband and I ordered a couple footlongs from the mobile app and went to pick them up. We had both ordered extra meat (he ordered Double meat and I ordered 50% more meat), since our last time ordering from here was such a disappointment- I had received a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, and they didn’t even say anything to me about it.
