Good food
I had come here twice. During Vivid both times 6pm-8pm. This subway is the best subway I’ve ever been to. The service is great and the subs are just that much better! I forgot to get their names but tonight Sunday 31st May, a guy and a woman who worked together at 6:30pm. They were fantastic. Really profressional and polite. So Thankyou sooooo much for making really yummy subs and your customer service!
Such friendly staff and services
Poor customer service Yesterday, I had a really disappointing experience , While preparing my sandwich, the staff member dropped a piece of avocado onto the board and then picked it up with the knife and put it back into my sandwich. Even if the surface looked clean, this is not acceptable hygiene. When I politely asked her not to do that and requested a new sandwich, she refused and said they couldn’t serve me, and another staff member told me I had to go back and wait in line again.
