Poor customer service Yesterday, I had a really disappointing experience , While preparing my sandwich, the staff member dropped a piece of avocado onto the board and then picked it up with the knife and put it back into my sandwich. Even if the surface looked clean, this is not acceptable hygiene. Harjit is the best lovely friendly lady and the sandwiches are so Devine :))
This restaurant has left me with no food and stole my money. I used their first party app to order because I’m disabled and couldn’t cook left a note they left it at some building. Tried to contact and refund but was treated like a donkey. Spoke to the store and head office. No money no product??? Who do I think i am! The bank will be stepping in for theft.
