This is hands down the WORST location in Kingsport. The guy that works there with mid length dark colored hair is obnoxious and dramatic. He also is terrible at his job but most of the employees there are terrible at their jobs. They don't know how the sandwiches are made. I ordered a pizza sub and they started to not put Pepperoni's on it and said you have to ask for that. Stopped by here on 6/28/26 around 5:30pm to get a couple sandwiches for me and my husband and this was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The two girls working didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on, they were out of meatballs and tuna, I had to stand there and wait on them to heat up meatballs and in the meantime the girl making my sandwiches just stood there and fooled around instead of making them, she didn’t have a tooth in her head and was very clearly on something (m3th) which made me lose my appetite. Terrible service. Sorry but Joshua needs to go. Didn't change gloves after working cash register. Just left them on and made other sandwiches. Smashed sandwiches flat. Charged me for the wrong sandwich. I will never eat at this locate ever again.
Now I should mention before I get started I very rarely ever go to Subway for any reason whatsoever. I came here because I needed a quick snack to perk back up my energy levels. I was only here for one thing, a $2 footlong churro. This churro was $2.19 total. I take one bite of this thing and it says hard as a rock.
