The last 3 times I went here my food was delicious & made perfectly & the customer service was great, restaurant was clean as well.
Did a catering order and Ms. Kim and her coworker came through with the other and had it ready 30 mins before I originally asked. Thank you for helping us with the Harlem Nights Agribusiness Round Up
I went in today and had another disappointing experience with the same employee who works Saturdays. She had a very unpleasant attitude and refused to serve me, telling me to come back in an hour because they had a catering order. The interaction felt unprofessional, and in the past she has also moved very slowly while preparing orders. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning on Saturdays again.
Bread for sub was old and flaky, not fresh like usual at most subways.
