I’ve been ordering from them since the last mistake but yall have been up to par on the DoorDash orders so I’ll give yall kudos. Today however, I received anything but a cold cut combo and I was missing my cookies and received different types of chips, there is no way to ask for a replacement inside of the app..
The last 3 times I went here my food was delicious & made perfectly & the customer service was great, restaurant was clean as well.

I went in today and had another disappointing experience with the same employee who works Saturdays. She had a very unpleasant attitude and refused to serve me, telling me to come back in an hour because they had a catering order. The interaction felt unprofessional, and in the past she has also moved very slowly while preparing orders. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning on Saturdays again.
