I went in to buy a sandwich and the first thing this lady said was the toaster isn't working. Then while she was making sandwich she was ssooo rude and short like I was bothering her. Then after I paid I went to use the bathroom and she told me I couldn't. I cant believe I was treated so poorly. I just stood there in shock. I cant believe that place is still in business
I had a very bad experience and won’t be coming back to this location. The lady that was working today at 9:08pm was very rude it seems like if she doesn’t like her job and had an attitude towards me the whole time. It seems like she doesn’t like to deal with customers and had a hateful look on her face.
The lady working at night shift old lady she is lier telling toster not working and but I m looking toster is on and telling customer to leave store she told bads words I just leave the store not professional at all telling lies don’t want to work at all first she told there is no veggie patty then told toaster not working don’t go at all very bad customer service higher people need to get into it
Just 1 employee 2day serving customers is not acceptable where there should b at least 2 employees 2 help get things running smoothly. Come on Subway Corp! Employee was nice but looked overwhelmed as it would of been better 2 have another employee there 2 help out.
It took nearly 40 minutes to get food. There is only one employee during lunch hour. They focused on online orders while we waited in line. No communication. Not a good business model.
