Had placed an order online hours in advance and tried to cancel it as soon as I placed it. Which it didn’t give the option online to cancel. The manager Cynthia did absolutely nothing to help out my situation. Even spoke on the phone for almost 5 minutes directly in front of me before actually addressing me as a customer. Terrible terrible customer service. After every thing all she said was “well the sandwich is paid for so do you want it or not”.
