I used to frequent this subway, last week I went in and ordered a BLT sub the lady was drooling all over my sandwich and repeatedly went into the back to do who knows what she was stumbling and mumbling her speech. After this mind you 20 minutes after I get my sub she goes to the restroom with gloves on, I think strange, she walks out with the SAME GLOVES ON. This is your warning to NOT stop here there very unprofessional and will end up messing your sub up.
We placed an order at 4:23 to be picked up at 5:40. When we arrived the subs were not ready and had not been started. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, we inquired about our order & were told by the employee (Jennifer) that “it’s busy in here and the customers in the store come first.” So as walk in customers continued to come in, our orders got pushed further and further back. I just stopped in and this was honestly the worst experience at this location or any location period. 2 staff members working. The male(long ponytail, no name tag) was making subs for an online order. I have to wait, no biggie. 10/15 minutes pass and he hasn't acknowledged me once. Didn't greet me. Didn't say he'd be with me shortly. Nothing. Just kept making his online order subs as if I didn't exist. His coworker was in the back, doing whatever.
