Waited over 20 minutes in line, with several other customers also waiting for pickup orders. There were only two employees working. One at the register and one making sandwiches. The employee making my sandwich was also somewhat rude, and I had to repeat parts of my order multiple times. What really bothered me, though, was that when her cell phone rang she answered it with the same gloves she was using to prepare food!
