Bravo. You managed to take the world’s most basic food concept — let customer pick ingredients, assemble sandwich, exchange cash, everyone leaves with dignity — and absolutely butcher it. I’ve spent over $400 here in the last six months, not because I’m a Subway enthusiast, but because I’m too lazy to slice a tomato at home and your location enabled my lifestyle. We had a system.
