I placed an order online for 2 subs I asked for both to be double toasted mine wasn't toasted at all. The other toasted once it was a meatball marinara with pepperoni there was zero pepperoni on the sub. The staff was rude and didn't act like they wanted to be there. I really hope neither was a manager because they lack customer service skills they also lack the amity to read simple instructions which cost them a $10 tip.
Went in this evening to pick up a couple of subs we had ordered online both subs were wrong they were both suppose to be toasted and neither one was. The meatball sub had absolutely no sauce. We even left specific instructions on how we wanted them made. I just don't understand how you can have a job like that and not know how to read.
Bad experience
I think I know what a dogs rubber bone must feel like when you bite into it...hard and chewy! That was the Italian herb and cheese bread that wrapped my cold cut sandwich. This is the first time I've eaten at a subway here in Jesup since moving here in 23. The prices here are higher than anywhere else in Georgia I've been to get their subs.
