If I could give them a ZERO I would have Just sent my daughter by to pick up my online order. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes BUT!! It blows my mind how an order printed out in front of you step by step and you STILL get it WRONG. My order was $36 and some change and they left a bag of my chips out so I called. I placed an order online for 2 subs I asked for both to be double toasted mine wasn't toasted at all. The other toasted once it was a meatball marinara with pepperoni there was zero pepperoni on the sub. The staff was rude and didn't act like they wanted to be there. I really hope neither was a manager because they lack customer service skills they also lack the amity to read simple instructions which cost them a $10 tip.
Went in this evening to pick up a couple of subs we had ordered online both subs were wrong they were both suppose to be toasted and neither one was. The meatball sub had absolutely no sauce. We even left specific instructions on how we wanted them made. I just don't understand how you can have a job like that and not know how to read.
