The service is just absolutely terrible here. The guy with the glasses is smart with me and sarcastic. He takes his sweet old time just to make our day worse. I asked for a simple footlong sub, toasted, with meatballs, marinara, and provolone cheese. He put two meatballs, one slice of cheese, and a SINGLE SCOOP of marinara sauce, mind you WITH HIS HANDS. I will never come back to this subway! Ever! Worst experience ever! The man was very rude and impatient! On his cell the whole time! Nasty when I didn't tap my credit card instead I inserted it & he got very aggressive! Should not be interacting with customers! Go find a new line of work!

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich with a veggie patty, but she repeatedly made it incorrectly and had to remake it twice. When I tried to clarify my order, she responded by saying, “Don’t tell me how to do my job.” This was frustrating, especially since my request was simple and she initially put salami instead of a veggie patty. Overall, the service was poor and the interaction felt disrespectful.
