Came to this subway today associate that says she was the manager was very rude. I asked for a sub and once I told her she got an attitude and yelled what kind of bread. She said she had stuff to do in the back and it was time for her to get off. Needless to say I didn’t get a sub!

I placed an order on the mobile app. I received a notification that the order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order it wasn’t ready. I told the lady behind the counter and she said with an attitude that she was making it now. I told her to cancel it. She told me that I had to do it in the app. Well the app didn’t cancel or refund me my money. I filled out a complaint and I haven’t heard anything back or received my money.
