Disgusting food..very dirty
I placed an order on the mobile app. I received a notification that the order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order it wasn’t ready. I told the lady behind the counter and she said with an attitude that she was making it now. I told her to cancel it. She told me that I had to do it in the app. Well the app didn’t cancel or refund me my money. I filled out a complaint and I haven’t heard anything back or received my money. Whoever owns this franchise needs to have a training session with their employees on customer service. It's been a long time since I encountered such rude employees.
Garbage, fountain drinks are never working, staff isn’t polite, food is mediocre, oh and the staff is loud. This subway makes me feel like I’m in Atlanta, not Lake Oconee.
