When I pay 11.00 for a 6 inch.... I expect to get 6 inches!! 2 of my 3 6 inche sandwiches fell short!! Im pretty upset
They never toast my sandwich when I order through the app. I make sure it's selected and add it in the special requests
The dingy teenage girl came to pickup window to tell me they were out of cheesecake cookie and asked if another chocolate chip would be ok I said sure then she comes back says I gave you chocolate chocolate chip, since when do they choose,, she hands them to me and I stare back waiting for her to remember the sandwiches we ordered, she was too busy giving me the run around over 1 cookie that she forgot the sandwiches, too bad that children are running this place. The person that was intended to make my sandwich was extremely rude and refused to substitute a meat on a sandwich, which I do at every single subway that I have ever eaten at and it has never been a problem will not be returning to this location.
The food was good, workers were okay wouldn't hurt to smile and great tje customer. They were out of some items which was frustrating but we made it work.
