I wish I would have read the reviews before online ordering! I ordered at 12pm for a 4pm pickup time on 6/17/25. A lady calls me 15 minutes before 4pm to advise me that she cannot make my order because the toaster was broken. I understand, not in her control but she was SO RUDE and didn't even offer any substitutions on anything. In her words, "I'm cancelling your order." This location keeps getting worse. Last time they were playing RAP on the house system. Great way to keep your older customers waiting in line. I bolted after 2 minutes, went to Chipotle.
This is the worst subway franchise I’ve ever been to and just happens to be the one closest to my house. Every time I go in the staff are so rude, last time I walked in the place was empty and all the lady said was “it’s gonna be a minute because I have an online order.” These are the places that should be shut down.
We recently visited this establishment to order sandwiches for dinner. The employee working alone did an excellent job and maintained a positive attitude despite the long line. This is for the owner please improve the staffing situation and ensure that the business is properly staffed!!
