I placed my order online so maybe the Subway app doesn't send the store the "Special Instructions" box at the end of every order... but I am pretty sure when they put this sandwich together they knew it was practically inedible without making a huge mess and the bread was all SOAKED!!! The cucumbers were so limp and sour, they were close to becoming pickles!!! I was really looking forward to trying my favorite sandwich with smashed avocado... Special Instructions: Ranch and Chipotle ON THE SIDE

Excellent customer service. Fast, friendly and helpful. Ingredients were fresh.
Im picking up a door dash order and I'm just waiting as two employees gossip and stop doing the process of making sandwiches and they are gossiping. I don't care to hear it I rather get my customers orders they are literally pausing making my food while they talk
