12/24 It's 4:25 and they refused to serve me, even though they're supposed to close at 5:00 pm.
Seems strange to me that they wouldn't honor coupons that were recently mailed to my house.
mobile orders are cancelled because they are “not a participating location” for deals even tho they are listed as one on the app. super annoying
First of all, they do not accept coupons, never. I wanted wheat bread. They said they didn't have, but I clearly saw some in the back. She said they were only for the online orders. Their customer service is terrible, just go somewhere else.
Went in here to buy a sandwich and a drink had to use the restroom first. Instead of being greeted Ted with a hello, I was ridiculed for using the restroom saying customers only. So instead of buying food here and eating, I went down the street instead. These employees need to be trained on good customer service. Will not ever come eat at this location. You should talk to your staff.
