Clearly the kid at the counter was new. No options for cookies they didn’t have. We were eating there weekly. We won’t after today
Servers are somewhat rude and off-putting.
I placed an online order and when I arrived I was told that they could not find the receipt for my order. I went out to get my phone to show them the receipt number and had to wait around 15 minutes while one worker made someone else's online order that was not ready when they arrived. I've always been happy with Subway here in El Dorado Springs, but today I ordered online, and food was supposed to be ready by 12:15pm, arrived at 12:19 pm. Food wasn't in the pick -up area. Since there were a few ppl in line, I waited off to the side close to the cashier area. After two customers were helped and paid for their orders I asked the girl behind the counter if she knew when the my online order would be ready and that it was due at 12:15; it was now 12:30pm.
