Absolutely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and you can tell the employees genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, the bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and everything tasted great. Placed an order on the app for pickup at 2pm, it seemingly allowed the payment to go through but never gave me an order number on the "Confirming Order With Store" step. Odd, so drive to the store to check. Worst case I talk to someone at the store. Someone was inside but door was locked. Tried to call the phone number to the store and the line was dead. So idk maybe they're renovating or permanently closed. Would've been nice to know. Now I gotta make sure my card doesn't get charged for the order.
My husband and I stopped in here for lunch. Very friendly very clean my husband asked the manager's name and the lady who served us Marcus & Deanna we will be back! It was excellent! Thank you Subway 822 Concord Smyrna 30080
