There is plenty of other subways in the area that I would recommend you goto instead of this one! They put onions on my sandwich and I specifically asked for no onions! I called and spoke to the manager, they told me to come back and they would replace it. When I get there for the replacement baharrat (or however you spell it) was beyond rude and didn’t replace it like the manager said. TERRIBLE location. ruined my door dash order completely like they couldn’t even read the ingredients i added. terrible customer service when i called to complain. do NOT go here.
I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap and they were trying to charge me $10.99 when it clearly says $8.99 on the menu. The wrap was wrapped poorly all of my ingredients came out when I picked it up to eat. Dissatisfied will not return🤬👎🏽
They are so greedy with the portions . I asked for extra jalapeños and I only got 3 pieces . I called and the lady was rude saying they added extra jalapeños . Where ? I can’t find them . She then stated if I want extra toppings I have to notate it on the online order , which I did . If you’re charging $10 for a sub at least give us a decent portions . I’m glad I asked for extra jalapeños or else I would have gotten one piece .
