The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....
Can someone explain why I stood in line today at your subway at 1045am and was told it was gonna be a 15 - 20 minute wait to just order cause online order take priority??? Im a paying customer standing there and was told NO you have to wait for 5 sandwiches for online orders. Will not go back!!!
The employee Alan was very rude to all customers on this day. Their was a customer who looks like he had Down Syndrome, and he wanted some cookies with his order but he didn’t know which cookies were which so he said he wanted “this” and “that”. Alan then said in a very rude tone and also yelling “I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS AND THAT IS”. Very rude won’t come back if he’s working their.
The cashier ceecee is very rude and disrespectful and the bread was so dry
The girl that was working was rude. I asked for no onions and I said it loud and clear, she took money from the draw that was supposed be part of my payment
