I’ve been coming to this Subway location regularly, but this experience was unacceptable and will probably be my last visit. I placed an online order at 12:00 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 12:20 PM. When I arrived at 12:20, there were only a few people in line, but the employee told me my order had not been started yet.
