I usually have no issues at the factoryville subway. I called in an order approx.630. The guy who was making the hoagies was rude. Very snappy. Like I was bothering him for him do his job. My roommate went up for our hoagies. I had ordered 2 meatball w mozz. Cheese and toasted. Got plain meatball no cheese nor toasted. He also informed me couldn't use my subway card because the young man behind counter didn't know how to use it.
