Sometimes they need to actually read the online order, a couple of times I didn't get my order my way, but that's understandable depending on the time of day.
Just ordered two deluxe sandwiches. Very disappointed. This is second time this has happened. Sandwich looks like a regular sub. same old situation. Product says more meat on the big titan. Not true. Didn't even put my sauces on correctly. Cheese was suppose to be 2x the cheese. Clear that sandwich was not made as ordered. Only happens when I order through the app. Update.
