I stopped in on March 11th. The sandwiches are typical Subway, but the staff is great. I was greeted when I came in. The workers made small talk while preparing my order. And the cashier upsold me two cookies I didn’t really need, but were delicious.
Friendly workers that greet with smiles, joy and kindness everytime. Pender subway is the only subway that is yet to disappoint me. My kids and I can always count on having great service in a timely manner.
Bread was dry. And, the atmosphere was bad.
Tips should be earned not asked for. This is not aimed at an individual but at the policy of the corporation.
