Food is fine. ALWAYS understaffed and service is painfully slow. Some employees can have an attitude
I want to give the gentleman with the tattoos and gauges, I didn’t get a chance to get his name! However, my sons and I had a huge order and he was very patient and understanding and even laughed with my sons when they kept messing up on what they wanted. It got very busy after we had started our order (around 8pm) his team members came out and helped as well!!! Phenomenal team!!! They all did great! But he definitely did outstanding! Thank you so much!!
Aside from a soda machine that needs cleaning, it was somewhat better than most subways I have visited including the many I have stopped at in foreign countries. They don't seem designed to have ambiance but I am more interested in reliable quality of food and the staff than decor.
