I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this Subway location. I placed an online order that clearly included a Mountain Dew, which showed on my receipt. When I arrived, I was told it “didn’t show on their end” and was given a cup instead of the bottled drink I ordered—despite the fact that there is no fountain option for Mountain Dew.
