Staff was kind and patient enough to accommodate someone who rarely eats subway.
Today is the second time I have come to this subway and my 6” grilled chicken sandwich (with specific customizations) was made incorrectly. The first time it was made with rotisserie chicken, and the second added ranch to my sandwich when I only requested mustard. Please have the staff pay attention to what they are doing, because I do not like ranch and had to throw the sandwich away.

Very Rude, I got threatened over a sandwich. I walked in and told the employees the name on the order I was picking up. As I approached the pickup stand, the male employee said "grab the one with the receipt, if you grab the other one, I'm grabbing you". I asked if the one with the receipt had both sandwiches in it. No response. I take the order and look at him, and leave. Then he says have a good day. I do not know what I did to offend this person. I was already having a good day until I came to this subway.
