Put a pick up order at 930 and was supposed to pick it up at 950. Got there at 947.....didn't get my food until 1015. Place a order a second time and something again

The employees are always very friendly. I'm a regular customer at Subway, and I really like how all the employees greet you when you come in. Very nice and friendly.
Absolutely horrorible customer service!!!! Went there and there were two workers - one filling mobile orders, the other refilling vegetable trays. They continued doing this without looking up and acknowledging customers. After waiting 10 minutes I left with one customer stilll there waiting to be served.
