I came in today, and unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The lady at the front told me to wait while she was preparing jalape�o bread. I waited, but then she continued putting cheese away instead of helping me. I kept waiting and felt like she simply did not want to attend to me. I felt for the guy, only one on the closing shift and plenty of mobile orders to fill. But it took him over 30mins to make 3 sandwiches. It was a real uncomfortable situation while we waited. Ultimately the sandwich was good and he got it done but almost 40mins after the order was placed.
Super clean and newly renovated subway with great service! Gloria is the sweetest and provided great service.
The night manager Chris and Sam really helped us out a lot and got our order taken care of quickly.
