Placed a mobile order, pick up time was for 6:40, I went to the store first to give them extra time and got there around 6:45. My order wasn't ready until after 7 so I had to wait while they continued to serve walk in customers while I had frozen items sitting in the hot car. People order ahead for a reason, if a customer is told to pick up at a certain time and the order is not ready when the customer arrives that order should be priority number 1, not walk in customers who showed up well after the pick up time. It was ok, the employee was new so I'm not judging hard. He was trying hard.
I usually don't do this but from personal experience working for this chain owner I know the service i received today from Damien wasn't up to par at all. Rude rushed and didn't wanna listen on how to make the food correctly sorry I'm asking you to do your job but this is unacceptable. Want even a hard request and I know it wouldn't have been tolerated by the owners.
Ladies was rude.i couldn't add extra toppings to my nachos.i walked out
