Went to eat after work and an employee named Josh turned the lights off on us while eating at 8:54 6 minutes before closing and then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and after said “ I don’t know how much more clear I have to be to leave” then called us rude. VERY rude he was he deserves to be fired and he seems like the type to not keep a job! Joshes customer service is terrible
I was trying to understand my total and was told “pay or get out my face”. Very poor customer skills. I will complain to corporate
They were opening as I came in, I waited for a few minutes. Very nice. Good customer service, sub was good as well. Very clean inside, staff really nice and approachable. Will go back
