When having a bad day, top it off by going to this subway and they’ll make it worse!! I rarely go here because of the attitude and HORRIBLE customer service. Does it really hurt to crack a smile? I feel like I'm getting scolded for being hungry everytime I’m there. They’re impatient and won’t even allow you to finish your sentence without hitting you with, “is that it?” Over and over!! Yall aren’t even that busy so I can’t understand the anger I see by even stepping into the building!!
Everytime I get food here it seems like they forget my banana peppers no matter what, if its not that then they forget my sauce. I shouldnt order online anymore I guess or just stop eating here.
Why are you giving the doordash orders and app orders old rock hard bread? I wish you guys were a jimmy John's. There bread is fresh.
I ordered a 6" sandwich, not toasted. They made my sandwich timely and as I asked but, when I got to my car to eat it I couldn't even bite through the bread. It actually crumbled all over my car. I brought it back in and the manager told me there was nothing wrong with it, lol. He said that's how they are when they are toasted.😒 I didn't get my sandwich toasted.
