I went to Subway around 8 PM and ordered two sandwiches. They forgot to toast the sandwiches. I wanted to get the subs toasted or replaced since I was already home by the time I checked on my meal. The three gentleman working there when I ordered spoke English clearly and accurately. However, when I called back at 10 PM, they refused to speak English and kept hanging up on me. I went to Subway today and i was confused, kept changing my mind, and didn’t even know what exactly I wanted. But Karan, the employee there, handled everything with so much patience and respect. He didn’t get annoyed he just smiled, helped me step-by-step, and made sure I got exactly what I would enjoy. And trust me… the Canadian club sandwich he made was perfect.
