very good atmosphere to stay in and have food
When I ordered food at 2.15am, the lady said that she couldn't order food within 30 minutes due to system issues. After 30 minutes, when I ordered food, she made my sandwich and I asked her to heat it up a bit but she didn't. It was completely cold and the customer service was not good at all.
I must say, staff is very knowledgeable and understand my specific food needs. I will give shout out to JAPNEET for her service of going above and beyond, when it comes to tailored service.
