I made an online order and when I opened the sandwich, the mayonnaise and mustard were in between the vegetables so whenever I bite, it drips all over. I thought the mayo and mustard was supposed to be spread on the actual bread. Also, there was so much of it, I had to take napkins and wipe it off.
Don't order add-ons like double meat or extra anything. Their employees cannot read and will take the money and run. 2025 update: Asked management for a refund since they never have promotional items while he left to go get a replacement item instead. Another employee kindly stepped in and helped after misunderstanding myself and her when she tried to correct him. Im convinced the new ownership and management cannot read or speak english which explains my above complaint and lack of promotional items.
