I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your location. I ordered a vegetarian footlong sub, which was clearly listed at approximately $12. However, I was charged nearly $20 for my order. When I questioned the discrepancy, the cashier — a middle-aged lady — was extremely rude and dismissive. Don't honor coupons here and dont understand the order. Don't recommend coming here. They all pretend they are managers.

Completely silent subway. They took a bit long to make the sandwich but for some reason this was the best tasting subway I've ever had.

I have never experienced such a rude and unpleasant encounter from staff in my entire life. They have very poor and weak customer service. They do not meet the standards of other branches at all.
