I placed an in line order and the app said it was ready! When I went to pick it up the Elderly woman Theresa said it will be a while. Costumer service is gone! The ceo of this company needs to focus on the customer and not on the bottom line. Pay the employees to keep them there. I won’t be returning after my experience

Where did the time go where customers in your store present takes priority and you should be taking your order I get online ordering is a thing however, when you got present customers in your store, you should make them a Priority not tell them you got seven subs or online to do prior to taking that person in the store presents order This is like the 10th time now I work late. Management needs to have more than 1 person working on Friday night 6 people in line 2 online orders....overwhelming for 1 employee.we really like Teresa and she stayed very busy...if it was someone else working we would not have patiently waited we would have gone elsewhere

We showed up with 4 adults 4 children. There was only one lady working. She did not act flustered at all. She calmly assembled our subs and double checked to make sure she was getting them correct. This whole time, there were several online orders coming in and several other customers showing up. We were impressed at her calm demeanor.
