This place is ridiculous! The guy working today evening shift at 9:45pm tried to charge me twice for a sub then he said oh someone has same order online when im literally ordering in person... then he said " oh so soooory" in his Punjabi accent. I'm never ever going back here again. I rather drive to subway in woodbridge to get a damn sub. This dude should be fired honestly. (Sept 25th 2025)
Whoever runs this Subway should actually not run a Subway. I paid 50 bucks in total (with delivery), they didn't cut my sub properly, it was cold, and they hardly even loaded it at all. I had to take 4 good looks to make sure it's right. Subway is good but it depends on the location. Basically like Burger King. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
I ordered a sub this morning at 5:40 and came to pick it up. The worker seemed very unhappy and unhygienic while making my sub. I asked him to change his gloves, and although he did, he did so rudely without saying a word. At the end, he used a knife to adjust sub toppings that was extremely dirty and even wiped it on the garbage bin. Terrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes to order. Older man working sept 8th completely ignored my food order and started adding on whatever he wanted to my sub along with slimy expired lettuce. When I tried correcting him he said "it's okay, I'll just take some off the sub" and refused to remake my order. I will not be returning to this location poor quality and unsafe produce.
