Bad experience
Horrible service by ANGAD! He did not know anything, i asked him to customize the sub which he denied saying “ i make it everyday , i know better” plus he does not follow instructions, adds wrong sauces . I feel bad for the other lady working with him as she was handling 4 customers at a time while this guy was just roaming around knowing nothing.
Sub is reasonably good but staff really do not appear to give any care.
I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Subway before. The owner’s son working at this location is unbelievably rude and has absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. His attitude is disgusting and disrespectful. If you don’t have the backbone to handle customer service, then you should seriously consider closing your store.
