I ordered a sub this morning at 5:40 and came to pick it up. The worker seemed very unhappy and unhygienic while making my sub. I asked him to change his gloves, and although he did, he did so rudely without saying a word. At the end, he used a knife to adjust sub toppings that was extremely dirty and even wiped it on the garbage bin. I was shocked and didn’t want to create a scene that early in the morning, so I just walked away with my sub. Terrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes to order. Older man working sept 8th completely ignored my food order and started adding on whatever he wanted to my sub along with slimy expired lettuce. When I tried correcting him he said "it's okay, I'll just take some off the sub" and refused to remake my order. I will not be returning to this location poor quality and unsafe produce.
Harjeet gave amazing service and amazing advice
The workers kept intruping the customers while the customer was trying to order. One worker kind of yelled at a customer telling him that she needed to hear his whole order before she started making it then mocked him the rest of the time saying "see how much easier that was". The other worker kept assuming what people wanted with their order, like we would ask for spinich and he would say "lettuce?" Then we would say spinich again and he would say "spinich and lettuce?"
