Usually have great service especially when Farrah is working. But tonight I ordered on the app. Was told my food would be ready by 550. I pulled up to the speaker at 548 and no one answered for 3 min. Finally got up to the window. Sat there for 5 min. Finally a lady comes to the window and tells me that they haven't even looked at my order because there has been people inside.
