It was a pleasure going on there. I find the place interesting because the Quality of goods served there. It is suitable for ever occasion even it's a snacks, lunch, dinner or anything. You will get a lot of selection for stuff. Th staff there was also quick and prompt next about the ambiance and cleanliness. It was also quite impressive. One my suggestions is that to increase the room size so that you can accommodate more people, more people more customers. Customer is the king. Then you have more kings.
Subway – Martinway Plaza (Visit on Sunday, July 13 at 3:25 PM) I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I came in and ordered a 6-inch combo with chips and a fountain drink. After paying, I went to sit down and noticed all the tables and seats were greasy and dirty. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very upsetting and unacceptable experience that occurred at the Subway location in Martinway Plaza (Martin Grove & The Westway) on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM. My daughter and I visited this location, where she ordered a combo meal that included a sub, chips, and a fountain drink.
