They close at 10:30 and i was at the store at 10:10 and they closed the store and said that we are close. This is very disappointing. Please update your Timeline and i saw everyone have the same problem Please learn how to run a business
I visted to subway by 10:20 pm closing time was 10:30 pm i was on the door a girl said to me that subway was close but she open door for one person who was just 1 sec came first and she served the subway to him. I was so hungry i told her that i just need one subway even it was not closing time. This was worst experience ever I had.
It was a pleasure going on there. I find the place interesting because the Quality of goods served there. It is suitable for ever occasion even it's a snacks, lunch, dinner or anything. You will get a lot of selection for stuff. Th staff there was also quick and prompt next about the ambiance and cleanliness. It was also quite impressive. One my suggestions is that to increase the room size so that you can accommodate more people, more people more customers. Customer is the king. Then you have more kings.
Subway – Martinway Plaza (Visit on Sunday, July 13 at 3:25 PM) I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I came in and ordered a 6-inch combo with chips and a fountain drink. After paying, I went to sit down and noticed all the tables and seats were greasy and dirty. I had to lay napkins down just to sit, which is unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint.
