This is the second time I have had a very disappointing experience at your Subway location, and unfortunately, it was with the same staff member. The older man who served me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He was not listening to my order properly and made my food incorrectly. I barely go subway but today I walk in order catering I have no idea need call early But the staff so nice still make for me and very patience to explain to me what kind of sub will be included .really good manner to me ..the staff name is Keith on 18th

Hiii this is the second time I had a really worst experience who was serving me that old guy .he is arrogant and resist .and it’s happen with me second time and both time he was serving me .he was not listening me properly and making wrong food and even he is not even changing his gloves .
