Fast service. We ordered pickup, it was prepared fast while maintaining good quality of food. Good customer service.
Dry old bread, also very cold not even close to toasted.
Ordered 2 subs for delivery, a Veggie Delight and Egg and Cheese. The meal was around $30 total. The veggie sub was basically a dried out bun with a few pieces of lettuce, a couple tiny tomato slices, and a small amount of olives. Both subs had no cheese, even though it was requested. Extremely disappointed, and the meal was basically ruined.
I order online often. They consistently get things wrong or forget items. When I contact them online, they ask if I can come back and get the items. If that was what I wanted to do, I wouldn’t have filled out the form online. How about training your staff to check and double check.
