I had a mishap with ordering on the app I guess, I assumed it would be just like ordering at their drive through screens but it wasn’t. My sub came exactly how I DIDN’T want it but, and they really didn’t have to do this at all, the staff made me a fresh sub exactly how I wanted it and saved the day. It was very embarrassing because I wasn’t too pleasant about the app messing my meal up initially but they disregarded my negativity and still made it up to me. Beyond disappointed. Staff very rude, mocking us, and the most shocking part..I don't even have enough space on here for it. If the owner of this location cares, he will reach out to ask. TO U WORKERS AT 5:40 PM AT MAIN STREET LOCATION IN SELKIRK..IF U HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH, GET A DIFFERENT ONE!!!
