I am filing a formal complaint regarding this and the employee working the line on Monday, 3/2, at 2:00 PM. Ordered a philly cheesesteak through the app, picked it up, all nicely wrapped, then got home, unwrapped it and NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, just bread and toppings...how does that even happen?!? Staff is either completely stupid or do this intentionally, either way completely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible
