It’s horrible !! I just go there with the coupon code that I get with my gift card and ask for redeem but she is not even know about the process and tell me to come back after 30 minutes. No respect of customer and she didn’t even try to solve the problem just deny to do. If the store management read this figure out something about that. I know it could be a possible that she is not aware about but she should try to call manager or owner to know about that. Not satisfied.
