I don’t understand why my sandwich is more like a burrito than a sandwich. Not happy with this. Literally my FLATBREAD SANDWICH was rolled up like a burrito. Didn’t ask for a wrap. My rotisserie chicken, is now SO SQUISHED inside my “sandwich” it’s actually dry and not enjoyable at all. Subpar food and presentation seems to be something that this location constantly lacks.
This place is always good and there service is the same.
It's really just ok at best most days. They've been out of salami for a few days and I guess not getting more in for another 5 days? Sounds like maybe you should be doing something about that. It's already expensive enough - too expensive really. At least have the ingredients.
Just placed order online got home and sandwiches had all vegetables on them that were not ordered on them toasted sandwiches were ice cold and no cheese on sandwiches that were supposed to have cheese even called before going to make sure that they were reopened due to remodel no courtesy or phone etiquette whatsoever didn’t even say it was subway the way that the phone was answered was “yeah can I help you”
