Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made no effort to understand my order. I had no communication issues at other restaurants or Subway locations during my trip, so this was particularly frustrating. I clearly asked for multigrain bread and repeated my request three times, yet I was still given a different type of bread. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming from start to finish.
