I did ordered a combo & I haven’t received other items with my sub & my sub is also not grilled. Will never suggest this place. This is not the first time happening.
Ordered a simple 6 inch sub on whole wheat. Employees trying to save pennies by serving stale old bread. You can't toast it and suddenly stale bread is fine. Ended up throwing in garbage. Won't be back to this location. You knew it wasn't worth eating. Hard as a rock and crumbled. Tasted terrible.
I just picked up vegi sub and he did not put veg patty on my take out order.
The girl CRYSTAL working there really did great job. Good costumer service and made the sandwich and bowl perfcf.
Worst Subway that I’ve ever been to me, and my husband stopped at the subway to get some lunch. The bread was rock hard. Overall, just disgusting threw it away after a few bites and went to the subway in South Windsor, where it was perfect bread was soft. Moist sandwich was delicious.
