I just ordered a Subway but there is no sauce in it. It feels very dry.I feel very disappointed. I spent so many dollars ordering online and still it was made like this. This already happened once before and I ignored it but it happened again.
I just visited Subway again. My second experience was much better than the first. Employees were very kind and made a really nice sandwich. Thank you !!
I placed an online order while I was already sitting inside the Subway store. A few customers came after me, but she started making their orders first and told me, “I am helping others.” That defeats the purpose of ordering online, especially when I’m already in the store waiting. Online orders should be prepared in the correct order or at least prioritized, otherwise there is no benefit for customers.
This is my 3rd time in the new location and the 2nd that "Hunny" has served us. Both times she was rude and didnt change her gloves when using cash register and making our subs. I politely asked her to change her gloves and she was extremely rude saying she always does yet both times I've been in she hasn't till I asked. This visit she slammed her hands into the garbage area and changed gloves. The lettuce was just brought out and it was brown and rotting.
