Very very disappointing. Need to train the staff and also hire someone who can understand and communicate in English. We had ordered 2 footlong with different sauces and veggies 1 footlong was ordered without onion, no salt and pepper, No sweet onion sauce, extra mayo, and mustard While the other one had onions, extra lettuce, salt and pepper , sweet onion sauce, no mustard We ordered jalapeño in both but there were no jalapeños in any of the footlongs.
