Pathetic experience. We placed an online pick-up order on Saturday around 1:00 am on November 22. There was a white lady with zero guest service sense. Firstly, no hi hello when we entered in the store. She made our order in so much frustration which literally everyone around could see. Messed up our entire order and was served cold like literally the beans and rice were served cold for the power bowl on top of that half of the ingredients were missing and we weren’t informed about it at all. The woman who just made our subs did the best!!! Everyone should take the time and care to provide great service like she did. We will be back. Got a tuna sub and turkey sub. 10/10
This was my worst experience with this shop. The employee showed no respect towards customers; one of them even told me that he didn’t have time, which is completely unacceptable. I was hungry and placed an order around 1:30 AM, but the delivery didn’t arrive until 8:30 AM. If you’re not open, why confirm the order ?
