Old guy working at the cashier counter is very rude and unprofessional and don’t wear uniform. Ordered online and when half of my break waiting there even though it was not busy. When I went to the counter again they said what you ordered was not available so we made this for you. And, I was like I never gave you the permission to do that. Got refund after an argument. Never coming back again and also telling all of my staff members not to go.
Service needs improvement. Waited in line for ten mins and the man waited till close to refuse me service.
food is good. they stop serving 10 mins to close. the one guy will tell you their closed at 7:45 when it closes at 8.
Honestly, this subway is awful. Easily the worst in the city. I've had raw chicken in my sandwiches, stale bread, cold steak... Seriously, this subway is going to get people sick. Stay away
