Genuinely the worst subway I've been to that im literally in the parking lot writing this review directly after leaving. The gal working the counter was so rude and crouchy for no reason. My friend ordered first and after they ordered the lady working looked at me(still standing in line where you order) and goes "what did you want something too". Like yes, I'm in line. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience. When I arrived, there were flies around the food, and the ingredient containers were left uncovered even though they are normally kept covered. That alone is a serious hygiene concern. On top of that, the woman working there had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude toward customers. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The woman working here was straight-up yelling at me while I was trying to order my food, aggressively rushing me to pick my ingredients. Completely unacceptable behavior.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I came here to buy food, not to be yelled at. The employee was literally shouting at me and rushing me to choose my ingredients like I was bothering her just by placing an order. Seriously, is everything okay?
